Process Mapping to Define requirements (Epic to Feature to User Story decomposition), develop plans and schedules and project cost management, and risk management and quality management and resource management. Participate and collaborate in discussions to support C&CE technical solutions. Provide business requirements that Technical leads can translate into architected solutions. Ensure C&CE IT project and program management processes are followed in deploying projects. Interact with business stakeholders to discover, capture and assess project requirements and produce required documentation and effort estimates of projects. Ensure customer satisfaction and support achievement of business objectives. Experience of working in a matrix environment with excellent interpersonal, business partnership, team building and all round leadership skills. Partner with Marketing, Engineering, and Sales to identify and build proper business cases. Creative and innovative; ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements Ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships and alliances across internal, external and organization boundaries The Salesforce Business Analyst has hands on experience implementing SalesForce functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders during the implementation phase. Experience working with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement Salesforce. Must possess strong configuration skills such as such as creating screens, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards , lightning UI and other configuration related activities. Must be willing to work with Developers as needed for complex customization. * Experience implementing Salesforce solutions using Agile methodology. Must also work closely with Scrum Master and other team members in a collaborative manner to achieve common team objectives. Must also present Prototypes/Demos to business users as required. This resource is also expected to participate in daily stand up meetings as well as all other activities normally expected from a scrum team. 5+ years of work experience is required Basic Qualifications Has hands on experience in several large, global implementations using SalesForce in some of the following areas: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, FinancialForce, SalesForce Communities, SalesForce Custom Cloud) 3+ years implementing SalesForce Familiarity with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools
