Tasks

As a Salesforce Consultant, you guide challenging implementations. You combine knowledge of business processes and project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, Scrum) with the ambition to further develop your Salesforce expertise. In doing so, you ensure that projects are delivered predictably, efficiently, and with impact.

What you are going to do:

  • Leading Salesforce projects and implementations (Agile/Scrum/Prince2).
  • Analyzing business processes and translating them into working Salesforce solutions.
  • Deliver solutions within the agreed scope, time, and budget.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior consultants.
  • Advising clients on CRM strategies, change management, and adoption.
  • Maintain and expand client relationships by acting as a sparring partner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in ICT, Business Administration, or similar.
  • 2–5 years of experience in consultancy, IT, or project management.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus, but not a must – we help you get them.
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum or Prince2, or willing to learn it.
  • Strong in facilitating workshops and making complex subject matter understandable.
  • Communicatively skilled in Dutch and English.
  • You take responsibility, think ahead, and want to grow in your role.
