WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US:

In an increasingly connected and data-driven world, we help leading brands strategically and operationally leverage Salesforce to create real value for their customers and business. As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Strategy, conception and implementation of modern Salesforce solutions – especially in the areas of Agentforce as well as Loyalty, Sales, Service and Data Cloud.
• Analysis & further development of existing Salesforce setups: You identify optimization potentials, develop roadmaps and support the implementation.
• Requirements gathering & solution design: Together with customers and our project team, you will develop smart, scalable architectures along the customer journey.
• Process design in sales & service: From lead qualification to service automation to personalization & AI use.
• Technical management of projects in interdisciplinary teams, often in conjunction with other platforms
• Configuration and customization within the Salesforce clouds – with a focus on best practices, reusability and clean setup.
