Summary
As a certified Salesforce consultant, you work on large-scale projects related to customer relationship management. You manage projects directly with the client or project manager, lead design workshops, write functional specifications and participate in the configuration of Salesforce modules.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Participate in projects in a multinational environment, which may include global deployments
  • Analyze the functional needs of business users and translate them into Salesforce features
  • Formalize business processes
  • Perform the configuration of a Salesforce organization (Security, Objects, Flows, etc.) according to needs and in accordance with the documentation
  • Facilitate business and IT workshops
  • Supporting customers in their digital transformation through user training

Qualification and Experience

  • You master the Salesforce platform (Security, object modeling, flows, reports, etc.)
  • You have one or more Salesforce certifications
  • You have significant experience of at least 2 years in project management, functional analysis and customer relationship management.

  • Good technical and functional knowledge of Salesforce
  • Project methodology
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good written and oral communication, in French and in English
  • Detail-oriented, deeply involved and autonomous
