We are seeking a talented Salesforce Consultant with experience in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) to join our team. This role plays a key part in implementing complex solutions that align sales strategy, operations, and technology to improve business process efficiency and accuracy.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Salesforce Consultant focuses on ICM and requires fundamental knowledge of industry terminology and its technical application. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand processes, gather requirements, and configure customized Salesforce solutions.
Your role will primarily focus on platform configuration for ICM implementations across multiple projects, following best practices to ensure scalable solutions, and will support enterprise system integrations to deliver meaningful results.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients/internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Configure Salesforce solutions (Spiff, Sales Cloud, etc.) that meet client needs.
  • Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specs.
  • Support implementation efforts through configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Troubleshoot issues and manage enhancements or change requests.
  • Collaborate with architects and other project team members to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for solutions and user training materials.
  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce platform updates and features.
