JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Salesforce Consultant to join our Managed Services Team. This role will involve close collaboration with a select group of key managed services customers, acting as their trusted advisor and fostering long-term, strategic relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce consulting experience, exceptional business analysis skills, and, ideally, experience with integration solutions. As a central figure in our customer engagements, the Customer Experience Consultant will ensure that our solutions deliver measurable value and align with customer goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce consulting, with a strong track record of delivering successful implementations or managed services engagements.
  • Exceptional business analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
  • Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and managed services delivery is an advantage.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
