Our client is a CRM strategy and integration consulting firm focused on helping growing businesses streamline operations, accelerate revenue, and create exceptional customer experiences. They combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help small and mid-sized companies connect their systems, sell more effectively, and scale with confidence. The Role This is not a support or admin position. We’re looking for a client-facing consultant who can think strategically, execute efficiently, and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You’ll work within a structured, collaborative delivery environment, partnering closely with Project Managers, Admins, and Developers to deliver high-quality outcomes. What You’ll Do Lead discovery sessions to uncover and refine business + technical requirements Translate requirements into scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related products Configure and customize Salesforce (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, automation) Design and optimize sales processes, pipelines, and reporting frameworks Collaborate with Project Managers on scope, timelines, and deliverables Partner with Admins and Developers to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) Support integrations with third-party systems (APIs, middleware like Make.com, etc.) Manage data migration, cleanup, and ensure data integrity best practices Build dashboards and reports that drive decision-making Provide client guidance, training, and documentation Troubleshoot issues and recommend ongoing optimizations Proactively flag risks, blockers, and dependencies Track time accurately and consistently aligned with deliverables What You Bring 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting experience Strong expertise in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud configuration & automation (Flows, modern tools) Proven experience leading client calls and managing stakeholders Solid understanding of CRM strategy and sales operations Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools) Background working in team-based consulting environments Ability to execute within defined scope, timelines, and PM-led structures Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams (Admins, Developers, QA) Experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar delivery frameworks A problem-solving mindset with strong execution skills Excellent communication—clear, structured, and client-ready Nice to Have Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud Exposure to subscription billing or complex pricing models Familiarity with middleware tools like Make.com Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ) Experience working with SMB or mid-market clients What Success Looks Like You independently translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions You deliver clean, maintainable builds aligned with best practices You communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams You thrive in a structured, PM-led environment without constant oversight You proactively identify gaps and recommend improvements beyond initial requirements
