• Completed vocational training or university degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, or relevant experience

• Several years of experience in client support/project management with a focus on IT or CRM (ideally Salesforce) combined with excellent user skills

• A good understanding of business processes in the areas of CRM, sales, service, and

marketing Ideally, you have expert knowledge of the Salesforce platform (especially Service and Marketing Cloud) and preferably already hold Salesforce certifications

. You possess strong consulting skills, communication and presentation abilities in German and English

. You are a team player with an analytical mindset and a pragmatic approach to work.
