Responsibilities

We’re looking for a hands-on, Salesforce Consultant to join our New York team, combining customer success responsibilities with technical solution consulting. In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing expert support for Sweep and Salesforce-related inquiries.
  • Assist customers with Sweep and Salesforce configurations, data model optimization, workflows, and Sweep best practices.
  • Deliver onboarding sessions, workshops, and ongoing training to empower customers and ensure successful adoption.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and contribute to our growing support and solutions operations.
  • Manage support tickets, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and alignment with SLAs.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and RevOps teams to resolve complex issues and share customer feedback.
  • Maintain and expand our knowledge base, FAQs, and support documentation.
  • Support pre-sales processes by participating in discovery calls, demos, and technical deep-dives to assess customer needs and advise on CRM and Sweep implementation strategies.
