REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

· 4–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration and development experience.
· Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
· Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation.
· Proficiency in Salesforce security, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
· Experience with MuleSoft and other integration frameworks.
· Knowledge of Salesforce data models, SOQL, and SOSL queries.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

· Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning.
· Understanding of Agile/DevOps methodologies.
· Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, or similar version control systems.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to design, configure, and develop scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex/Lightning development, system integration, and end-to-end Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Configure and customise Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.
· Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
· Integrate Salesforce with external applications using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.
· Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data mapping activities.
· Design and implement workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and process automation using Flow.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support UAT.
· Provide technical documentation and user training.
