We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing - the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow.
Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as a business analyst / Salesforce functional consultant
  • Experience across systems audits, requirements gathering and process mapping
  • Creating functional and technical design documentation
  • Creating end user acceptance testing scripts and supporting UAT process
  • Creation of end user support and training material

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Understanding of Sales and Customer Service Processes
  • Experience customising, configuring, developing, testing and handling data migrations to Salesforce solutions
  • Experience building apps within Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Experience customising and configuring Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Good understanding and experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Understand and experience in building Flows
  • An understanding of and experience with Apex code desirable
  • An understanding of and experience with lightning web components desirable
  • An understanding of and experience with Visualforce desirable
  • An understanding of and experience with middleware solutions desirable
  • Certifications within Salesforce desirable

  • Can lead as well as manage project teams
  • Comfortable being hands on and managing key client accounts
  • Comfortable in delivering presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders
  • Worked across accounts with sizeable budget and multiple markets
  • Comfortable building strong working relationships, both within the business and with clients, and a keenness to maintain and develop these relationships
  • Ability to work at pace and retain a keen attention to detail
  • A willingness to travel (if and when required)

Responsibilities
  • Leading workshops across business requirements, process mapping and use cases for Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud implementations in a client facing role
  • Managing project timelines, project documentation and hitting required deadlines, ensuring the project is on track and escalating as required
  • Introducing formal requirement specifications and workflow documentation
  • Be responsible for working directly with solution architects and developers to ensure the solution meets the business needs
  • Managing and upskilling junior Salesforce internal resources
    Able to engage and impress at client Director and Exec level stakeholders both on the business side and technical side. A Salesforce Functional Consultant will possess a blend of the following skills.
