  • Collection, analysis and consolidation of change requests from the sales and recruitment departments
  • Developing Salesforce- suitable solutions together with your team and the technical managers.
  • Interface between specialist department and technology, and bridge builder between requirements and implementation possibilities
  • Development, enhancement, and management of Power BI /Jira reports for controlling relevant Salesforce KPIs
  • Optimization of processes related to Salesforce in coordination with development.

Your benefits with us

  • Flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation and the option to work remotely one day a week.

  • Childcare support through daycare subsidies
  • Individual onboarding and further training program through our FERCHAU Academy (Welcome Days, seminars, e-learnings, etc.)
  • Genuine team spirit and passion for what we do, as well as a strong informal, first-name basis culture.

This is what you bring with you

  • Successfully completed IT studies, at least at Bachelor level, or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant Salesforce experience and a good understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a must-have; additional Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
  • Leadership experience in managing, coordinating and developing a team
  • Experience as Scrum Master
  • Solid understanding of requirements management, process control, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as very good German and English skills.
  • Ready for your next challenge? Then we should definitely get to know each other! The quickest way is to apply directly – preferably online, quoting reference number FE24-57127-FEM, to Ms. Martina Adolph. Let's take the next level together and drive technology forward!
