• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce CPQ implementations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Proficient in creating detailed documentation, including process maps and functional specifications.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
