As a Salesforce CPQ Technical Lead/Developer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions, provide mentorship to junior developers, and drive the adoption of DevOps and CI/CD practices to optimize deployments and testing processes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and architecture of Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and high-quality coding practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure maintainable, high-quality code.
  • Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment automation.
  • Manage complex integrations between Salesforce CPQ and other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce CPQ configurations, including pricing rules, quote templates, and renewal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and industry best practices in all solutions.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce CPQ enhancements, industry trends, and AI-driven Salesforce capabilities, recommending impactful features and improvements.
  • Lead change management efforts, including documentation, training, and user adoption for new solutions.
