Salesforce CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We’re seeking a Salesforce CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to work closely with our marketing and lead generation teams, driving impactful lead nurturing campaigns through marketing automation and Salesforce. You’ll play a key role in optimizing customer journeys, enhancing marketing automation, and integrating new systems in emerging markets.

You’re an enthusiastic, tech-savvy marketing professional with a proactive approach and a passion for driving results. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 4+ years’ experience in marketing automation or CRM, with expertise in Pardot and Marketo (Pardot Consultant or Specialist Certification preferred).
- Strong skills in Salesforce (Sales Cloud), with a knack for building insightful reports and dashboards.
- A detail-oriented, analytical thinker with strong project management skills.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on lead nurturing campaigns, guiding the customer journey with optimized automation and dialogue processes.
- Co-develop the Salesforce roadmap for the merchant services team, translating business needs into actionable steps.
- Lead new Salesforce and automation implementations in SMB markets, optimizing campaigns for revenue growth and improved customer experience.
- Support and train regional teams, ensuring a smooth transition to new automated marketing processes.
- Drive pipeline lead generation and enhance campaign performance with data-driven A/B testing.
- Manage data projects like segmentation, lead imports, and data cleaning to support targeted campaigns.
- Build and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards for full-cycle tracking.
