Salesforce CRM Specialist (m/w/d)

Tasks:

• Strategic and technical development of the Salesforce Sales Cloud in the context of sales strategy and transformation
• Gathering, evaluating and prioritizing business requirements, and translating them into actionable solution concepts in close coordination with IT and the Product Owner.
• Technical administration of the system, including configuration, maintenance, and continuous optimization of the CRM landscape.
• Ensuring 1st-level support as well as managing and tracking user requests
• Planning and implementation of training, communication and enablement measures for power users and end users.
• Active participation and, if necessary, management of projects, as well as involvement in agile processes (backlog, sprint planning, reviews, releases)

Strengthen:

• Completed commercial training or completed business administration or IT-related studies
• Several years of experience in the design, development and administration of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Experience in agile working methods (e.g. SCRUM) as well as in classic and/or agile project management
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills for deriving sustainable system and process solutions
• Good to very good German skills (at least B2 level)
• Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management in cross-functional projects
• Hands-on mentality, strong organizational skills, and a very good understanding of sales processes and structures.
