  • Developing data dashboards in tableau and reports to support Executive, operational and Board decision making
  • Supporting reporting, including tracking performance against agreed targets and outcomes
  • Improving data quality, consistency, and governance practices across the organisation
  • Leading data and reporting improvement initiatives, including automation and system integration

About you:

You will bring:

  • Proven experience analysing data across multiple systems and producing insights that have informed operational or strategic decisions
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining dashboards using Tableau that are actively used by stakeholders to monitor performance
  • Proven experience using Salesforce as a CRM/reporting tool' or 'proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards.

  • Advanced Excel skills, with evidence of using Excel for data analysis, modelling, data cleaning, or reporting (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
  • A track record of improving data quality and integrity, including implementing data cleaning, validation, or governance practices
  • Experience identifying and delivering improvements to reporting processes, including automation or integration of data across systems
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver projects, balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
