Our client, a leading financial services institution, is seeking a Salesforce Data Specialist with 7–10 years of experience in Salesforce data management, migration, and integration. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services and expertise in integrating Salesforce with AWS environments. This role requires strong technical skills in Salesforce data architecture, regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality data solutions for complex financial use cases.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Familiarity with real-time data streaming and API management.
• Background in data governance frameworks (Collibra, Informatica, etc.).
  Location: GTA (hybrid 2 days per week) Duration: 6 month

• Lead Salesforce data migration, cleansing, and transformation initiatives tailored to Wealth Management needs.
• Design and manage Salesforce–AWS integrations (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, API Gateway).
• Define and enforce data governance, stewardship, and compliance standards across Salesforce and integrated platforms.
• Perform advanced financial data analysis and provide actionable insights to Wealth Management teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Support Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data validation to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and data teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with Wealth Management goals.
• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce data management, integration, and migration.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, Data Loader, ETL tools, and APIs.
• Proven expertise in AWS services (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, API Gateway).
• Direct experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services (required).
• Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, FINRA, Canadian standards).
• Salesforce certifications (Data Architecture, Administrator, or equivalent) are a strong asset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
