We are seeking a Salesforce Data Specialist to support a long-term data migration and integration project. This role involves working closely with the Data Architect to build, test, and execute data migration scripts using a combination of SQL-based tools and proprietary frameworks. The candidate must have experience with Salesforce data handling and script-driven data operations.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and writing complex SQL scripts.
• Experience with DBAmp, Sourcetree, and Salesforce Data Loader.
• Proficiency in data integration and migration to/from Salesforce.
• Understanding of data architecture, mapping, and standard migration frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot, validate, and ensure data integrity during all phases of migration.
• Experience working in a remote environment and coordinating with distributed teams.

• Collaborate with the Data Architect to understand data requirements, mapping documentation, and migration plans.
• Develop and implement scripts for data migration per object using Microsoft SQL Server, DBAmp, and Sourcetree.
• Execute mock migrations into a full Salesforce sandbox environment using a standardized SQL/PROCSQL-based framework.
• Support comprehensive data testing and resolve data-related issues.
• Execute production migration activities, typically scheduled over a weekend.
• Utilize Salesforce Data Loader and scripting to ensure efficient and accurate data movement.
