We are seeking a Salesforce Delivery Lead to drive strategic initiatives and ensure seamless delivery across internal teams and preferred suppliers (onshore & offshore). In this role, you will lead, support, and guide teams in delivering Salesforce platform initiatives while overseeing the annual portfolio with an Agile approach. You will collaborate with Iteration Managers to remove roadblocks, enhance team performance, and foster a culture of accountability.
You will be responsible for developing and managing an integrated Salesforce strategic initiatives plan, monitoring quality, mitigating risks, and managing project dependencies. Supporting leadership in addressing capacity constraints, you will also represent Salesforce teams in Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-platform collaboration. With experience leading multiple projects from inception to delivery, you will ensure transparent communication, effective risk mitigation, and compliance with policies.
