ABOUT YOU

We are looking for the right person, with a good attitude who will be a solid team fit with the following skills and experiences: -

• Minimum 3 years delivery Salesforce implementations using Service & Sales Cloud, Financial Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Tertiary qualification/s in Information Technology or related fields
• Certification relevant to position such as Scrum Master or Project Manager
• Essential: Minimum 5 years practical hands-on experience as Iteration Manager (or Scrum Master)
• Active in the Agile community with experience working with Partners and Suppliers
• Workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• People leadership and negotiation skills
• Able to coach / mentor agile processes within the team specifically in the delivery of the technology solutions.
• Thorough understanding of enterprise software development processes and lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic empirical environment using agile development
• Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to team development; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix
• Proven record of accomplishment of building motivated, collaborative, and productive development teams with the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with technical team members
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while coordinating several teams at a time and responding to changing business and technical conditions

We are seeking a Salesforce Delivery Lead to drive strategic initiatives and ensure seamless delivery across internal teams and preferred suppliers (onshore & offshore). In this role, you will lead, support, and guide teams in delivering Salesforce platform initiatives while overseeing the annual portfolio with an Agile approach. You will collaborate with Iteration Managers to remove roadblocks, enhance team performance, and foster a culture of accountability.
You will be responsible for developing and managing an integrated Salesforce strategic initiatives plan, monitoring quality, mitigating risks, and managing project dependencies. Supporting leadership in addressing capacity constraints, you will also represent Salesforce teams in Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-platform collaboration. With experience leading multiple projects from inception to delivery, you will ensure transparent communication, effective risk mitigation, and compliance with policies.
