We are looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator and Developer to join our team! Reporting to Melissa Buttrill, you’ll collaborate with an exciting business focused on Luxury Polar Expeditions to ensure technology solutions are in place to deliver the best customer experience. The role will develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions to automate business processes using tools like formulas, flows, and assignment rules. You’ll have a front-row seat to the decision-making process in one of the most exciting industries there is.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain our Salesforce instance, including but not limited to: security, data quality, system integrations, user management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with various partners to find opportunities for optimization and improvement and implement changes accordingly.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all Salesforce-related questions and issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials for users as database applications are developed or revised.
- Deliver training and support to end-users on an ongoing basis.
- Stay ahead of Salesforce releases, features, and standard processes.
- Address any Salesforce-related issues.
- Collaborating with other teams on coordinated applications such as marketing systems (Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot), and other CRM and CMS systems.
- Supporting the Product Owners and Salesforce Developers as needed, being available and adaptable to questions.
- Working inside of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications.
