MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Position requires a minimum of four (4) years of IT related experience in Salesforce development.

Experience must include:

• Salesforce platform development and customization.
• Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lighting components.
• Experience working with SQL data stores or SOQL within Salesforce.
• Experience working with SQL databases and data integration within Salesforce.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Logic Apps and Jave integration.
• Ability to deliver effective verbal or written messages that facilitate a mutual understanding on both parties.
• Customer service skills that include active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.

A master’s degree in Information Technology or an IT related field substitutes for three (3) years of experience, OR an IT related bachelor’s degree substitutes for two (2) years, OR an IT related associate’s degree substitutes for one (1) year.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Administrator)
• Experience with CI/CD processes in Salesforce deployments
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns
• Experience with issue tracking, code versioning, and integrated development environments.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, Agile Place.
• Experience with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
