Location: Hybrid Remote (with travel to USAF Academy, CO as needed)
AIM Technical Group (AIM) is seeking a Salesforce Developer with the following skillset:
As a hybrid remote Salesforce Developer on our team, you will use your experience to support the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) by augmenting their existing development team. You will be responsible for the hands-on design, development, and maintenance of the USAFA’s Salesforce Government Cloud Plus environment. Your work will involve creating custom applications and solutions to enhance, maintain, and mature the ecosystem that supports admissions, faculty, and other administrative functions. MINIMUM EXPERTISE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field and 5 years of experience, or 13 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience developing custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, and custom views.
• Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Ability to perform unit testing, system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality.
• Experience with API development and sustainment for system integration.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud Plus.
• Knowledge of integration tools such as Informatica or Form Assembly.
• Experience implementing automation solutions with Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
