Job Description We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer (Arabic Speaker) with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex development, and custom Salesforce solutions. The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and capable of working directly with business stakeholders. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions. Customize and configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud based on business requirements. Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs). Develop triggers, classes, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs in Apex. Create and optimize reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and automation (Flows). Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices. Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Ensure data security, sharing rules, and role hierarchy are properly implemented. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II) Strong expertise in: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex) Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce Salesforce Flows & Process Automation Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs). Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model. Experience with Git/version control and deployment tools (DevOps, Change Sets, CI/CD). Fluent in Arabic and good command of English.
