Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer & Architect to join our EMEA team in Rosendahl or Stuttgart. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized Salesforce solutions that support our regional business operations. You will play a key part in ensuring our Salesforce platform runs smoothly, providing hands-on development expertise as well as high-quality user support. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our business stakeholders, strengthen long-term partnerships, and drive the continued growth and adoption of our EMEA Salesforce organization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and additional Salesforce technologies. Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical specifications. Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, workflows, and integrations. Provide first- and second-level Salesforce user support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Manage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner. Communicate effectively with users, gather issue details, provide updates, and deliver clear solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation, process descriptions, and user guides. Ensure data integrity, security standards, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and system enhancements. Stay up to date with Salesforce release cycles, industry best practices, and new features. Support user training and onboarding when needed. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar Minimum 3 years experience with Salesforce platform (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot). Hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and general Salesforce administration. Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, etc.). Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Experience working with ticketing systems and user support processes. Salesforce Certifications Platform Developer I and II are mandatory. MuleSoft and other certifications are a plus Fluency in English both verbal and written is required. Any additional languages are a plus.
