SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Reston, VA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our financial solutions through innovative Salesforce applications, contributing directly to our mission of empowering small businesses with quick and accessible financing.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or related work experience
• 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, VisualForce, and Lightning components
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, relational database concepts, and system design
• Experience with Salesforce architecture and custom coding
• Experience with cloud services and integration is a plus
• Familiarity with API development best practices is a plus
• Experience with community cloud sites is a plus
• Salesforce Developer Certification preferred
• Familiarity with business process analysis and CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and technical writing

• Understand and translate business needs into Salesforce implementations
• Optimize existing Salesforce configurations and develop new features
• Participate in solution design and apply best practices
• Analyze and troubleshoot Salesforce issues
• Improve Salesforce processes and propose solutions based on Salesforce capabilities
• Estimate efforts and follow development lifecycle processes
• Maintain Salesforce documentation
• Provide basic Salesforce support, including user management (user setup, password resets and profile permission), data input, troubleshooting, and reporting.
