JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise in Salesforce development and architecture, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 15+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Expert-level proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
• Strong experience with Salesforce configuration including workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and custom objects.
• Extensive experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and governor limits.
• Experience with deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (highly preferred).
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or CPQ.
• Knowledge of data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader, Talend).
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform, including custom Apex code, Lightning components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and architects to gather and evaluate business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the design of complex Salesforce applications and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party applications.
• Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications and processes with a focus on scalability, performance, and user experience.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and best practices for development and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce standards and security practices.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and new releases, incorporating new features into existing solutions when appropriate.
• Work with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
