YOUR NEW ROLE

As the Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be maintaining and enhancing IT systems that support the administration of superannuation schemes, ensuring they are compliant with legislation and scheme rules, and remain fit for purpose.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply Salesforce development and admin skills to deliver business changes and improve development/release processes
• Upskill and mentor internal Salesforce developers to build technical capability
• Provide technical guidance to Delivery and Senior Managers on vendor solutions and estimates
• Engage across the full software development lifecycle from gathering user requirements to solution design, coding, testing and implementation
• Research complex problems and analyse potential solutions
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation, specifications and user guidelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and data issues efficiently
