Are you a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer? Join our dynamic team and take ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will ensure that technical designs are well-documented and adhere to Salesforce best-practice standards. As a Salesforce Developer, you will demonstrate adaptability to constant changes, maintain a growth mindset, and drive innovation by identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, and you will occasionally assist with production support activities.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Classic.
  • Experience with Visualforce, jQuery, JavaScript, and Salesforce Lightning is desirable.
  • A strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design, and development best practices.
  • Ability to document technical designs effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to determine application requirements.
  • Designing, developing, testing, and documenting high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform.
  • Providing ongoing technical support for existing custom code on the Force.com platform.
  • Leveraging (Apex, LWC, SOQL, VF, jQuery, JavaScript, REST & SOAP) to build or maintain existing non-Salesforce.com applications.
  • Developing and configuring a multitenant, distributed application using Salesforce technology.
  • Assisting users with questions, support, and adoption of the platform.
  • Providing timely and effective solutions to technical complexities and challenges.
  • Assisting in understanding business requirements to create system requirement specifications and design artifacts.
  • Working with and delegating to onshore and offshore development teams for project implementations.
  • Evaluating new CRM technologies and developing plans for their implementation into Salesforce.com orgs.
  • Collaborating with business and technology teams on new projects and change requests.
  • Identifying issues and risks throughout the project life cycle and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Identifying creative customer solutions for issues encountered by the development teams.
  • Participating and contributing to multiple cross-functional meetings with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Providing Salesforce Admin Level Support to the development team and the field.
  • Providing Level 2 / Level 3 business and system process support for business applications.
