Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.   About the role We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic Salesforce application team. This role focuses on the support, development and enhancement of Salesforce solutions, using Health Cloud and OmniStudio to optimise and expand functionalities across our healthcare delivery systems.   Key Responsibilities:   Design and develop advanced Salesforce functionalities using OmniStudio tools to optimise data integration and user experiences. Lead coding efforts using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Implement and customise Salesforce applications, focusing on functionalities like OmniScripts, Data Raptors, FlexCards, and integration procedures. Resolve complex development issues and provide guidance to junior developers to adhere to best coding practices. Oversee the development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to testing, deployment, and post-deployment support. Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to ensure solutions meet clinical and operational requirements.   Skills & Qualifications: Extensive experience with Salesforce, including custom solutions and complex integrations. Extensive experience with Omnistudio, with preference being exposure to health cloud. Strong understanding of agile software development practices and technical proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other applications.
