Salesforce Developer ( +5 years of experience ) Responsibilities: Development tasks in subscription and billing management (Revenue cloud); Salesforce Developer with experience in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community Portals), and external system integrations; Responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, deployments, and configurations (objects, fields, validation rules, flows, reports). Functional Skills: Core Salesforce Knowledge; Salesforce Platform Fundamentals: Objects, fields, relationships, security model, workflows, and automation; Apex and Lightning Components: Ability to customize and extend functionality using Apex classes, triggers, and LWC; Data Modeling & Integration: Understanding of data architecture and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs); Subscription & Billing Functional Expertise; Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing); Product Catalog Management: Setting up subscription products, bundles, and pricing models; Quote-to-Cash Process: Deep understanding of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and its integration with Billing; Subscription Lifecycle Management: Handling renewals, amendments, cancellations, and upgrades; Usage-Based Billing: Managing metered services and usage records; Invoice & Payment Processing: Generating invoices, applying taxes, and managing payment schedules; Revenue Recognition Rules; ERP Integration: Knowledge of connecting Salesforce Billing with ERP systems; Payment integration: Stripe. Technical Skills: Programming Languages: Apex, JavaScript, SOQL & SOSL and HTML/CSS; Frameworks & Tools: Lightning Web Components, Salesforce CPQ & Billing and Salesforce Flow and Process Builder; Salesforce APIs: REST API, SOAP API, Bulk API; Integration Middleware (e.g., MuleSoft); Version Control (Git, Usage of DevOps Pipelines); CI/CD Tools; Data & Integration; ETL Tools (e.g. Talend); ERP Integration (SAP); Payment Gateway Integration (Stripe). Desired Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Salesforce CPQ Specialist Salesforce Billing Specialist Languages: Portuguese and English ( mandatory ) Working model: hybrid (2/3x per week in the office)
