As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce-based solutions tailored to meet business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our Salesforce ecosystem and drive continuous improvement.

Tasks

  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes to optimize Salesforce functionality.
  • Design and implement Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
  • Build and automate workflows using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
  • Manage and configure role hierarchies, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Perform data management tasks using Data Loader.
  • Collaborate with teams to manage change effectively using Git, Copado, and Change Sets.
  • Work with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Slack.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency (B2-C2).
  • Strong expertise in Apex, triggers, batch processing, Visualforce, and LWC.
  • Proficient in Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and API development.
  • Experience with Git, Copado, and Change Sets for effective change management.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce role hierarchies, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Familiarity with teamwork tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred:

- Platform Developer 1 and 2
- Administrator
- Platform App Builder
- Advanced Administrator
- AI Associate
