Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Developer, you will:

  • Customize and Develop: Build and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and Apex classes.
  • Integrate Systems: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Optimize Performance: Continuously optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Lead and Mentor: Oversee a team of three Salesforce Admins. You will be responsible for mentoring them, monitoring their progress, and providing training to foster their professional growth.

  • Maintain Security: Ensure data security and compliance within the Salesforce environment, including managing user permissions and roles.
