Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce technologies. Ensure system stability through testing and documentation while staying updated with Salesforce advancements. Responsibilities Build and maintain Salesforce applications tailored to meet client needs. Work closely with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on Salesforce. Design and deploy Salesforce enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Set up workflows, process builder flows, validation rules, and security controls to improve user experience and operational efficiency. Connect Salesforce with external applications and systems using APIs and integration tools. Conduct thorough unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure stable Salesforce implementations. Create technical documentation, deployment plans, and user guides to assist with maintenance and future updates. Keep abreast of Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred. 1-4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization, in the luxury retail sector is a big plus. Able to communicate in English verbally and written, especially in multinational company Proficiency in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL. Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and security settings. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, integration patterns, and best practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) preferred but not required. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
