Monitoring & Proactive Health Checks: Proactively monitor logs, system usage, limits, and integrations. Identify and address potential risks before they escalate into incidents. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise performance, reduce technical debt, and improve user experience. Propose and implement enhancements aligned with best practices. Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of configurations, customisations, fixes, and enhancements for Platform Success clients. Collaboration: Work closely with Salesforce Developers, MuleSoft Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Knowledge Sharing & Mentoring: Participate in code reviews, share learnings, and support junior developers through mentoring and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
