Salesforce Developer (m/f/d) Rating Platform

The Credit Analysis department handles the bank-wide risk classification of borrowers. We analyze the bank's counterparties, prepare board presentations for trading and lending activities, limit internal credit lines, and provide second opinions on risk-relevant transactions. Furthermore, we are responsible for the MaRisk-compliant implementation of processes, collateral processing, and real estate valuation.

This position is classified outside the standard pay scale and assigned to a salary band according to company regulations. The current annual gross salary for full-time employment in this salary band ranges from a minimum of €83,749 (lowest salary band level) to a maximum of €101,337 (highest salary band level). This salary range serves as a guideline and is intended to facilitate informed and transparent salary negotiations. Actual compensation upon hiring will depend on company regulations, the specific requirements of the position, and the individual qualifications of the candidate (including qualifications and professional experience). In exceptional cases, if and for as long as the job requirements are not yet fully met, the starting salary may be below the specified salary band.

Your tasks:

• Development and operation of our bank-strategic rating platform based on Salesforce
• Design of the application and data architecture and driving further development
• Implementation and optimization of risk classification and rating procedures
• Analysis of technical requirements and their implementation
• Taking over the technical administration of the platform and providing support to users.
• Documentation of solutions and processes in Confluence

Your profile:

• Completed (business) informatics studies or similar qualification
• Experience in the design and implementation of complex business processes and data models
• Experience in developing on low-code platforms.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and integrations (REST/SOAP) is an advantage.
• Experience with agile software development and the tools Jira, Confluence and version control (Git)
• Ideally, experience with finance, risk or rating processes.
