SPORTFIVE’s Salesforce Team plays a key role in driving the company’s digital transformation by building and optimizing scalable, data-driven solutions on the Salesforce platform. As part of a dynamic and innovative environment, the team collaborates closely with business stakeholders to enhance sales, marketing, and customer service processes, ensuring seamless integration of technology within the global sports business.

Responsibilities
  • Customize, configure, and develop on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL
  • Implement automation solutions using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
  • Assist in system administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and data management
  • Support data migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing maintenance and enhancements
  • Create technical documentation, user guides, and contribute to end-user training
  • Work closely with the support team to assist in escalated issues and ensure a seamless user experience
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand, refine, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
