Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned to business requirements
- Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware)
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Support data migration, data integrity, and system enhancements
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to best practices
- Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation
The Successful Applicant
A successful Salesforce Developer should have:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments and large scale transformations.
- Strong hands-on expertise in: Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder), API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Experience working across Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud; others advantageous)
- Exposure to data migration and system integration projects
- Strong understanding of secure, regulated environments (experience in healthcare or government highly desirable)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
