Description
At Modelit, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), along with the ability to design and implement best-practice Salesforce solutions. We seek a proactive, organized, and logical professional who is eager to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem, with excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Responsibilities Responsible for developing and optimizing Salesforce solutions, including designing, implementing, and enhancing new and existing features. Build scalable and high-quality solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, test classes) and LWC. Design, implement, and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs and other integration patterns. Perform Salesforce organization maintenance and configuration tasks. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and evaluate and integrate AppExchange solutions when appropriate. Manage integrated and third-party applications, understand deployment strategies, and provide training and support to users as needed. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. Strong experience developing with Apex. Strong experience with change control tools. Ability to design and implement solutions following Salesforce best practices. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Nice to Have Experience with Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. Experience working with nonprofit organizations or nonprofit business processes. Experience working in an Agile environment. Experience working with remote teams.
