Design and develop Salesforce solutions leveraging native CRM capabilities. Lead migration efforts to Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura. Develop VisualForce pages and components when required. Build and maintain integrations and APIs with external systems. Optimize and document end-to-end business processes. Participate in code reviews and design discussions. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines. Strong problem-solving ability. Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced and evolving environments. Quality Orientation: Strong attention to detail and code quality. Ownership & Accountability: Self-driven and responsible for deliverables." Bachelor's Degree Required: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline. Master's Degree is a plus but not required. Solid understanding of OOAD, database design, and SDLC. 5+ years of experience with Apex, Java, JavaScript, VisualForce, LWC/Aura, batch processes, and Salesforce APIs. Proficiency in SQL/SOQL. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Deep understanding of XML, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, SQL, and CSS. Technical Expertise: Strong mastery of Salesforce development frameworks.
