Job Title: Salesforce Developer Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours About the Role We’re hiring an experienced Salesforce Developer/Admin to own and enhance our Salesforce environment in a growing telecommunications organization. This role combines hands-on administration, technical development, integrations, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure Salesforce drives operational efficiency, data integrity, and business growth. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to build scalable solutions that support company-wide performance. What You’ll OwnSalesforce Administration Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings. Maintain strong data integrity through data imports, exports, validation rules, and deduplication efforts. Generate, manage, and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytics for multiple departments. Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure adoption. Development & Customization Build and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, and automation. Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components for advanced functionality. Implement and manage workflow automation using Flow to streamline business processes. Customize page layouts and enhance user experience within Lightning Experience. Integration & Optimization Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems including marketing automation, ERP, and billing platforms. Support API integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems. Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement enhancements to improve performance and scalability. Support CI/CD processes and DevOps best practices for stable deployments. Cross-Functional Collaboration Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver effective CRM solutions. Document system architecture, processes, and user manuals for reference and training purposes. Must-Have Experience & Skills 3–5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience. Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components). Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture. Proven ability to build and optimize reports and dashboards. Experience with third-party integrations and API connectivity. Salesforce Administrator Certification (required). Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (strong plus). Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud or HubSpot integrations. Understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps tools.
