Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join a team with offices in Tysons, VA, Tulsa, OK, or San Antonio, TX. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality Salesforce applications that support our business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SALESFORCE DEVELOPER INCLUDE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and related technologies.
• Experience in API development and system integration using Salesforce.
• Strong skills in problem-solving and data analysis.
• Clear and effective communication abilities.
• Capable of thriving both independently and within a team setting.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance

• Develop tailored applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other tools.
• Connect Salesforce with external systems and applications via APIs and integration techniques.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with clear documentation.
• Conduct unit testing and assist with troubleshooting and debugging.
• Support implementation and deployment of Salesforce-based solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively.
• Provide technical support to users and team members.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable technical solutions.
• Partner with fellow developers and architects to design and deliver effective solutions.
• Engage in code reviews and team knowledge-sharing activities.
• Perform other duties as required by the role.
