We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications on the Salesforce platform with a mindset of click not code. This role involves integrating Salesforce with third-party systems, automating business processes, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications on the Salesforce platform with a mindset of click not code. This role involves integrating Salesforce with third-party systems, automating business processes, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4-5 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce CPQ required.
  • Native Salesforce AI solutioning experience (Einstein Bots/Copilot/Service Agent) preferred.
  • Experience developing integrations using MuleSoft AnyPoint Studio.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security features, including user roles, profiles, and sharing rules, to ensure robust data protection.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life cycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and admins.
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Customize Salesforce standard and custom objects to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and external APIs using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
  • Work on data migration and ETL processes to ensure smooth data flow between systems.
  • Implement business logic using Apex triggers and Flow Builder.
  • Optimize automation to reduce manual effort and improve business processes.
  • Work with administrators to customize Salesforce configuration including custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, and record types.
  • Write and execute unit tests and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Ensure the quality of solutions through thorough testing, including both manual and automated testing.
  • Support the deployment process through proper version control (Git), using Salesforce deployment tools like change sets, SFDX, and other CI/CD tools.
  • Provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications, troubleshoot production issues, and apply patches or upgrades to ensure the platform’s efficiency and stability.
