• Maintain and continuously improve Fiix’s online shopping experience built on Salesforce B2C Commerce
• Partner with Enterprise Business Analysts to build custom solutions using Salesforce tools like Apex and Visualforce
• Optimize business processes using Salesforce declarative workflow tools
• Conduct quality assurance testing of solutions developed by teammates
• Monitor, review and resolve Apex errors as they arise
• Assist Fiix’s Salesforce Administrator with deploying changes to the production environment of Salesforce and troubleshooting Salesforce issues reported by users
• Write UAT test cases, facilitate UAT sessions with stakeholders, and document user feedback
• Create end-user enablement documentation
• Keep systems in line with best practices and compliance requirements
• Interface with third party vendors and/or developers on system customization, including needs analysis, testing and QA
• Proactively recommend and drive new approaches to addressing process gaps
