Build scalable solutions that improve customer engagement, case resolution, and pricing efficiency. Improve data accuracy and quality through robust data loading, transformation, and validation processes. Establish a foundation for future expansion into Experience Cloud and AI-driven capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for: Supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration, including record types, page layouts, validation rules, and automation flows. Developing Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to extend Salesforce functionality. Participating in unit testing, data validation, and deployment activities to maintain quality standards. Collaborating with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Integration teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business requirements. 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. Understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Exposure to SAP/Vistex integrations for order and contract data synchronization. Basic understanding of Experience Cloud setup, permissions, and navigation configuration. Experience working with data load tools and validation frameworks (e.g., Data Loader, Workbench, Dataloader.io). Familiarity with Git-based workflows and Salesforce DevOps best practices. Understanding of asynchronous processing, performance tuning, and data quality improvement methods. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Administrator, or CPQ Specialist are a plus. "
