Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize custom solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role involves hands‑on development, system integrations, automation, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to support business processes across Sales, Service, and Operations. The ideal candidate is a problem‑solver with strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development Develop custom solutions using Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and test classes. Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components. Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules. Integrations & APIs Design and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, or ETL platforms. Implement data sync processes and troubleshoot integration issues. Work with external systems to ensure seamless data flow. Automation & Configuration Build and optimize Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, and other automation tools. Implement role hierarchies, sharing rules, and permission sets. Support deployment processes using Change Sets, SFDX, or CI/CD pipelines. Data & System Management Ensure data integrity through validation, deduplication, and governance. Assist with data migrations using Data Loader or similar tools. Create reports and dashboards to support business insights. Technical Support & Collaboration Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing support. Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation. Technical Skills 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience. Strong proficiency in: Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL Salesforce configuration and automation REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other clouds. Familiarity with Git, SFDX, or CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins). Professional Experience Experience working with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Service, Operations). Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. Soft Skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications such as: Platform Developer I (highly preferred) Platform Developer II Administrator or Advanced Administrator JavaScript Developer I Experience with: Integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato) DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset) Agile/Scrum environments
