Salesforce Developer Sr – Remote, MTY We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Sr with at least 4–5 years of experience, participating in large-scale transformation projects for global clients, developing innovative and high-quality Salesforce solutions. This role focuses on Salesforce development, configuration, and customization, ensuring technical excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement in customer engagement and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. Customize and configure Salesforce environments according to business needs. Develop components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and solution optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-impact results. Integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines). Technical Skills Required: Strong experience in Salesforce Development (4+ years). Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript. Experience in code debugging and solution analysis. Familiarity with integrations, Git, and CI/CD (nice to have). Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, or similar). Salesforce certifications such as: Platform App Builder Platform Developer I (Other Salesforce certifications are a plus) Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development. Advanced English (C1) – required for client interaction.
