Our new practice platform is a multi-cloud ecosystem across Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Cloud, including MuleSoft and Slack. Our full business vision includes, Certinia (finance) and XCD (HR) as well as various managed packages to meet our business vision of a digital integrated ecosystem.
The Salesforce Developer role will be a permanent role within our platform team that is at the heart of out IT transformation. Your team will be responsible for end-to-end software development delivery and support in practice management and related systems responsible for designing systems architecture, development and maintenance of these systems and other related client and internal systems, to include their design, build and delivery.
We work Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, offering 26 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Company Events and a commitment to Training and Development opportunities. We can offer this position as a hybrid role.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience working with Salesforce architecture with recognised Salesforce certifications
• Experience delivering systems with strong data and digital capabilities, championing and driving these benefits through the organisation for maximum impact.
• Experience implementing product development following agile development methodologies
• Management of and interaction with third parties for software delivery

• Build and configuration of Salesforce/Slack/document management/Financial and HR systems
• Integrate Salesforce through API’s and Mulesoft to other Apps and third party connectors
• Support the Salesforce and Cloud Technology transformation, including integrations with third party services, Finance and HR systems.
• End to end software delivery spanning requirements analysis, development, testing, release and support, which meet project specifications.
• Establish, review and constantly improve internal development processes and methodologies adopting agile where appropriate.
• Ensure coding standards are met by the team to ensure stability, performance, readability and maintainability.
