Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP) is seeking a skilled and passionate Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions that support our organizational goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira/Confluence
• Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations.
  The compensation for this position is $135,000 to $180,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. • Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
• Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Create technical documentation and maintain best practices and standards.
• Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
