This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 1900000 (ie INR 15-19 LPA) Min Experience: 3 years Location: Bangalore JobType: full-time As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in customizing and extending Salesforce capabilities to meet evolving business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions while maintaining best practices in coding, security, and platform governance. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers. Build dynamic, responsive, and reusable LWC components to enhance user experience and performance. Develop and maintain Apex classes, batch jobs, schedulers, and custom business logic. Write optimized and bulkified Apex Triggers to handle complex automation requirements while ensuring system scalability. Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, performance optimization, and platform limits. Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with Salesforce governance standards. Support deployment activities using change sets, DevOps tools, and version control systems. Continuously explore new Salesforce features and recommend improvements to existing implementations. What Makes You a Great Fit Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) with the ability to create modern, efficient, and user-friendly interfaces. Solid experience in writing Apex classes and Triggers, with a deep understanding of governor limits and bulkification best practices. Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security architecture, and sharing rules. Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs. Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and writing test classes to ensure high code coverage. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
